New Client Free Consultation
The new client consultation is a brief phone call that can help you get to know me and understand how counselling works. It’s a chance to share a bit about what brings you to therapy, ask questions about the process, and see if my approach feels like the right fit for you. The goal is to provide clarity and comfort so you can make an informed decision about starting your counselling journey.
Adult Individual Counselling
Adult individual counselling offers a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, burnout, trauma, or a sense of disconnection, individual therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply and find new ways to heal and grow. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your sense of self, improve emotional regulation, and help you feel more confident in your life.
Child & Youth Counselling (ages 4 – 18)
Child and youth counselling offers a safe, compassionate, and developmentally appropriate space for children and teens to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Young people may seek counselling when they are struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behavioural challenges, school stress, family changes, trauma, or difficulties with friendships and self-esteem. Therapy can help children and youth make sense of what they are feeling and learn healthier ways to express themselves.
In our work together, I support children and youth in building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and developing a more secure sense of self. Sessions may include talk therapy, play-based approaches, creative expression, and mindfulness techniques, depending on the child’s age and needs. When appropriate, I also collaborate with caregivers to support emotional regulation, attachment, and growth at home. My goal is to help children and teens feel understood, supported, and more confident as they navigate their world.
Couples Counselling
Counselling for couples is a space to pause, be heard, and truly understand one another. If your relationship feels distant, you’re caught in repeated arguments, or trust has been shaken, couples therapy can help you reconnect. Sessions focus on improving communication, restoring emotional closeness, and discovering new ways to relate that feel supportive and meaningful.
Family Counselling
Family counselling offers a space for each voice to be heard and understood. Whether you’re navigating conflict, parenting challenges, or disconnection between family members, family therapy can help rebuild trust and strengthen your relationships. Our sessions focus on helping your family communicate with care, understand one another more deeply, and building safety and connection at home.
